We found this home about 4 MONTHS ago, and it is looking like we might actually close on Thursday! Trying to buy a bank owned property is a pain. I still haven't started packing because we've had 2 closing dates before, and we don't want to jinx ourselves. I'm sure there will be tons of pics to come because it will probably occupy all of our free time. Definitely needs some work. So exciting!

That is so exciting that you guys bought that house. It is so cute. Is this the same house that you put an offer done before you even moved out? Good luck and I hope everything works out. I can't wait to see pictures.
