What do you do when you get to spend a week in the heartland of the country?
You spend lots of time with the dog, Oreo.
You get free hot dogs at the local meat market.
You ride the elephant at Wal-mart and see everyone you know there...
You eat dinner at La Fiesta...if your lucky maybe the waiter will actually get to take you to "Salina" next visit, Amanda!
All of the normal everyday tasks are just more fun with family
You ride tractors
and play with tractors.
You relax while enjoying the view...I LOVE that you can see forever and watch the sun completely go down.
Have I mentioned Lincoln folds his arms now to say prayers? Pretty cute. Anyway, back to the heartland...
You have a bonfire in your back yard with your besties
And you get to spend time with your mom (and dad).
A lot of people ask, "What do you do in Kansas?" A lot of things. It's a good place.
**Bryan and I don't always take seperate vacations...he's back in Brazil. We also missed Angela who is ready to pop out a baby girl that I can't wait to see!

People always ask us what we do when we go to Las Vegas. I think they're expecting a more exciting answer, but it's pretty much the same things you do in Kansas, minus the tractors!
