and he's still alive! It was such a perfect weekend. It was a beautiful fall drive.
He walked most of the way, but sometimes his little legs needed a break.
Have you ever been to Cove Fort? The Hinckley family built it as a stop for the people going from Salt Lake to St. George. This tree is an original. You could feel the sacrifices the early saints made.
Then we finally made it to St. George. The whole city was buzzing with excitement!
We went to mile 16 to see the runners.
They had quite the cheering section!
The did it! Check out those medals! It was so inspiring to be there. Maybe someday I'll run a marathon comma half.
The cousins loved being together.
These people made the trip so much fun. They showed us the ropes. Being around them makes me feel like I'm around my parents. We had so much fun!

Wow, that's so amazing! Didn't he just start running like 6 months ago??
I've never stopped at Cove Fort, even though I've driven by it countless time driving to Richfield from Las Vegas. We'll have to do that some time.
I am so super impressed! Way to go Bryan, wish we could have cheered you on in person! I'm glad you had such a great weekend!
Bryan is my hero! (But not because he ran a marathon. I think that makes him crazy.)
